Tour De Tanjung Lesung is a Cycling Tour which is part of promoting Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Tanjung Lesung  as a tourist destination which will be held on Sunday,  2 July 2023. The Start / Finish point will take place at Tanjung Lesung Beach Resort with a route of 80KM and a total elevation gain of 1142M with Cut Off Time (COT) 6 hours.

Participants will be able to enjoy beautiful views from the hills, rice fields and beaches.
For cyclists who use Road Bikes, this route will be a favorite because the asphalt road conditions are smooth and rolling which will be quite challenging, where routes with conditions like this will be very difficult to find.

Participants can choose to only take part in touring enjoy the view or races, where there are King of Mountain (KOM) / Queen of Mountain (QOM) segments. The KOM/QOM winners consisted of several age categories for male and female cyclists.

TERM & CONDITION

  1. Participants must be 17 years old at the time of carrying out the TOUR DE TANJUNG LESUNG 2023 or must include a statement from their parents  download here regarding participation if they are under 17 years old and declared healthy to take part in a series of activities and do not have any medical problems that may affect participation TOUR DE TANJUNG LESUNG 2023.
  2. The participants participating in this event are in good health and are responsible for their own safety while participating in the Tour De Tanjung Lesung 2023 
  3. Participants must register online through the website getfit-race.com by completing their original data/information in the form provided on the website.
  4. Participants are responsible for all personal data that has been completed on the registration form and the committee has the right to request complete registration if the committee feels that there is information on the form that is not appropriate. 
  5. If  participant is not present at the event day, the organizer will not refund the participant’s registration fee. 
  6. The bicycle used is a Road Bike, Mountain Bike, Gravel Bike or Folding Bike equipped with 2 brakes (front and rear) that function properly. 
  7. Participants must wear safety helmets during the TOUR DE TANJUNG LESUNG 2023 
  8. All participants must use the jersey and starter kit provided by the committee and are not allowed to wear jersey and identification outside those provided by the committee for any reason. 
  9. Participants must use the participant number and bicycle number that are installed correctly and in accordance with the provisions of the race. If an installation error occurs which causes it not to be recorded, then all losses experienced will be the responsibility of the participant. 
  10. Determination of the champion is determined based on the participant who records the fastest time in the KOM/QOM segment. 
  11. Winners must be present at the winner awarding ceremony and may not be represented. 
  12. Participants who finish before the cut of time are entitled to get a finisher medal 
  13. Participants must comply with all competition rules that have been set and have become the decision of the organizer 
  14. Participants can choose Room Mates (fellow participants) if not then the committee will decide by random system.
  15. If something happens to the participant’s condition or has an accident during the race / tour, the participant releases the organizer from the obligation to be responsible 
  16. Other provisions that have not been listed in this rule, the organizers / committee will notify further via email or other media.
